Returns & Refund Policy
Since your order is custom printed just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart in each product page. Just click on the Size Chart/Material link to find your best fit.
If you want to modify the order (shipping address, email, phone number or size). We will not be responsible for any information wrong if you don’t provide us within 24 hours.
We will gladly refund if you have some issues below. However, we’re always priorly solve for replacement orders, because we always try our best to bring the best products and experiences for all of our customer
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to request order cancellation, we will refund you within 7-14 business days.
After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified, you won't be able to get the refund any more.
2. Damaged/Incorrect Order
If for any reason the items we delivered to you are: wrong size, wrong type, wrong color or poor quality of the print (compared to the items you ordered on our site)
Please send us an email with your clear problem, attach some photos, we need to discuss with our team to solve your issue and to show for our partner to improve it in next time.
3. Order not received
If your item has not arrived within 30 days.
NOTE: The refunds can take up to 7-14 days to be processed. It’s important to note that during this time the original purchase could still be listed on your account and accrue interest if you carry a balance on your credit card.
4. Duplicate order
If you placed an order but it was duplicated into over one more order, you will get a full refund.
