T-Shirts: $4.99 per item, added $3.5 for next item

Hoodies and Sweat Shirts: $6.99, added $3.5 for next item

  • Time Delivery

USA: Standard shipping (UPS Mail Innovations) 10-12 days to print and ship

International: Standard shipping (UPS Mail Innovations) 14-16 days to print and ship

Time delivery may be delayed 3-5 days on seasonal holidays

2. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Not in love with your new purchase? Please contact our customer service team, we’d be more than happy to help you sort your issue out and find the best solution for you!

Since your order is custom printed just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart in each product page. Just click on the SIZE CHART link to find your best fit!

  • Order Modifications or Cancellation

You have right to cancel your order within 24 hours since you order the items. We will refund you within 3 -14 business days. If there are any reason that you want a refund but we have already print the items, you won't be able to get the refund any more.

  • Damaged/Incorrect Order

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We guarantee the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason the items we delivered to you are: WRONG SIZE, WRONG TYPE, WRONG COLOR or POOR QUALITY OF THE PRINT (compared to the items you order on FAMILYNO1.COM), we will be happy to replace the items for you to better meet your needs and tastes

All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. Please contact us by email at hello@familyno1.com and one of our helpful support staff will organize a reprint or a refund for you!

  • Order not received

If your item has not arrived within 30 days contact one of our customer service staff through our contact information for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase.

  • Refunds:

If we send the wrong/damaged item to you, you don’t need to return it. Please contact us to replace another one for you as soon as possible. We’re here to help you with this case.

You can ask for replacement the purchased items within 30 DAYS of receipt for partial refund (less shipping charges & 5% of the order for payment gateway).

The refunds can take up to 3 -14 days to be processed (via Paypal or Credit Card). It’s important to note that during this time the original purchase could still be listed on your account and accrue interest if you carry a balance on your credit card. 

If you placed an order but it was duplicated into over one more order, we will refund you all the money.
